Is the resolution fair?<\/strong><\/span> <br \/>\nA: The Employee Appeal and Review Committee consists of 15 members; besides the Administrative Vice President and Director of the Legal Affairs Office, who are ex-officio members, the committee comprises three administrative unit directors, two academic unit directors, two faculty members with no administrative appointment, four members representing administrative staff, and two members representing technical staff. A majority of Committee members must be present and more than two thirds of the members must be in agreement to overturn a resolution or rescind a punishment.
